For Better Lives
As a successful organization with social objectives PRIMLAKS has always taken into account a positive return to society.
Nelson Mandela said, "The greatest single challenge facing our globalized world is to combat and eradicate its disparities."
Nowhere is this truer than in access to education, as with one you can stand on your own two feet, and without one you stand little chance of succeeding in life.
Unfortunately access to education is not equal.
"Education is unequal across the globe. As in all issues of sustainability, it is a contested area, with the richest consuming the most resources and the poorest the fewest."1
Realizing that education is a life-long gift and a key to combating disparities and improving lives, PRIMLAKS in conjunction with the Sindhi Education Society and family friends founded a school in Delhi, India in 1978.
The Hemnani Public School is a Co-Education school with classes from Nursery to 12 and is affiliated to the CBSE board. The school continues to grow in size and has over 800 students.
Within Nigeria PRIMLAKS is partnering with various non-governmental organizations', Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs) and foundations to help to educate, train and create new employment opportunities for thousands of people across the country.
PRIMLAKS is on a mission to better the lives of people and will continue to contribute to education as part of its social objective.
